2 hours (30 * 4 min) Rules to be Productively Happy.

For being happy you have to be slightly Busy.

Make your day in a way that you are busy, greatly productive and also enjoying your whole day.

Example :

1: Reading, read your syllabus books plus give 30 min to read any Life management book, biography or any Novel.

2: 20 to 30 min of Meditation.

3: 30 min of learning Any Language (Play store Application: Duolingo)

4: 30 - 45 min of Any one of your hobby. Like GYM, writing blogs, music, dance, gaming etc.

By reading, your personality gonna improve.

By meditation, your health will improve.

By learning language, your brain will become sharp and this gonna increase productivity in your life.

By giving time to your hobbies, you will become fresh, you will be happy and active.

This all makes you Slightly busy in your daily life, you will have your self routine.

And ultimately you will be Productively Happy.
