5 Easy Steps How to be Energetic whole Day

Recently I got a question, that some people faces weakness and sleepiness during day time and during their work, so I thought to publish this Question and its answer to everyone.

Daily routine 5 steps for being energetic whole day.


Step 1 :- Get a good sleep at night (~7 hrs)

A person should sleep atleast 5 hrs and maximum 8 hrs.... Less or more than this will leads to the sleepiness during day time, Yes sleeping more also cause weakness and lethargy during day time.
Make a daily schedule for bed time


Step 2 :- Daily morning basic exercise

Simple morning exercise (Jogging, Morning walk, rope skipping) Makes your brain active and you feel fresh whole day.


Step 3 :- Consume a Good diet

Consuming a good diet is very important to be Energetic whole Day... Good diet helps to maintain Glucose which gives us energy for our brain and muscles, Daily consumption of fibre (salad) are also important which maintain our Digestive System.


Step 4 :- Stay away from overeating

Overeating also makes you lethargic and causes sleepiness because of increase blood flow to GIT and less to Brain


Step 5 :- Drinking plenty of water (Be hydrated)

Drinking water (5-6 lit.) helps you a lot. Daily amount of drinking water approx 5-6 litres is a best for your health.
Keeos you hydrated, Glows your skin, Maintain digestive tract, detoxifies you body, Activates you... And much more.
So these are the simple Steps which will help you of being Energetic whole day.

    Is the energy drink works? Is there any side effects or advantages of it?

    1. Most of energy drink contains Caffeine and Glucose + sucrose.... Same af a coffee or Tea. But quantity of caffeine is high so when you drinks you feel aroused (active) due to high quantity of caffeine, but after some time say 5-6 hrs later your body again needs rest so the relapse is high as compare to earlier.


      I would suggest always go for coffee or Tea instead of any energy drink.

  3. No, no problem... Its even good to not to drink tea. Because tannin get sticks to to Teath and makes them yellow, and also it blocks the "intrinsic factor" in our stomach that causes deficiency of Vitamin B12

    So it is Good to not to drink tea

  4. Advantage of tea is it has antioxidants, but in most of vegetables you get antioxidants ex. Lemon, carrot, etc.
