Types of Behaviour And Benefits of Type B Behaviour

Behaviour or Personality can be classified as in two types.

Type A
and
Type B

Type A :- The one who lives in Anxiety, stress, hurry, tension, angre etc.

These people are more prone (more chance of developing)

Hypertension (BP)
Heart disease
Atherosclerosis
Stroke
Psychological problems
Unhealthy life
Gastritis
Acidity
Inflammatory bowel disease
And even cancer.

Type B :- Type B Behavioural person are knowns as "Happy go lucky" type of people.

They are less prone to the above given disease.

These were the characteristics behaviour for the Type B personality.

7- Enjoy Life at fullest 

8-Healthy brain

10- Solving any problem and decision making become faster

So Friends develop your persobality and Stay Healthy.

  3. Hey doctor.... Do you know what, I am a little bit confused for a long period of time on the topic "to whom we should make friend?"


    Most of the person and you also suggested to me to make only positive thinker friends to bring positivity in ourself.

    As I am a positive thinker person....so I will not accept the friendship of any negative thinker...neither I will lost my way...

    Then what if any negative thinker person wants to do friendship with me for bringing positivity in himself/herself. Then its result will be.....I will not accept his friendship as he is a negative thinker..

    So he or she can not improve himself or herself....


    This can be the basic problem to bringing the positivity...



    So can you suggest us the method or way to resolve it?
