Friends sometimes we think that watching motivation video and reading sccess stories will motivates us and we will stick to our work... After doing this We started working at a stretch of 4-5 hrs... But... Next day....

ReplyDeleteLook.. Day dreaming is actually like a habit... If anyone is facing day dreaming means its a habit that is been developed... So to flush the bad habit of day dreaming a person has to lomit and try to avoid it as much as He/she can... Try to get engaged to any work... And after sometime it will automatically gone... Because you have developed habit of working and not dreaming...
